From Little pub To National Club

Michael Godsmark (Curious George)

Life for me now is a dream come true, although iv always wanted and dreamed of the life I lead now I wasnt aware that it would happen quite as quickly as it has..

I have known Paul for a number of years and we have had many conversations about leading a successful life and be who you want to be rather than what you fear.

It is great to know that other people share my enthusiasm for life and great to know that there is somebody who supports me on my journey.
Coaching for me came about when I had had a challenging time with getting started in my career as a DJ. I played a set in a local village pub and as I had only a little experience at that time the judges barely acknowledged me which was extremely de-motivating.
When Paul and I started working together I was still determined but unsure of the path, he supported me and suggested for me to keep pursuing my dream, I was a little unsure of the depth he saw in me at the time but I went for it anyway.

The work has been hard and many hours have been spent reaching my goal, constant practice of my music, facing rejection after rejection, but with my own self belief and the techniques and ideas Paul taught me have been invaluable and I would highly recommend him to anybody who wants to reach their goal Since working with Paul I now feel more confident about my role and feel like the pressures I did put on myself are gone. I now feel that when I go home my time is my own and I'm not worrying about work.

To Run My Own Spanish Retreat

(Tessa booked telephone coaching)

My name is Tessa and i am a creative designer and fitness instructor from London.

I have dreamed for years of running health retreats both in the UK and abroad, but i feared giving up my job and as a result found myself procrastinating.

After only a few coaching sessions (6 in total) with Paul i now realise my true potential and after working through my self-limiting beliefs I can whole-heartedly say I am ready to take on my goals and start living the life of my dreams by setting up the retreats abroad.

I was dubious about working over the phone, but I found the whole experience was a pleasure I did not have to travel for my sessions and was able to talk through difficult issues in the comfort of my own home. Paul has not only made me aware of my self-limiting beliefs, he has given me the tools and insight to move forward. On top of this, he has offered his skills and experience and has joined me in my venture! The Retreats will help motivate and guide people to live the life they deserve. We are planning to run all encompassing holidays for your mind, body and spirit.

Trained With FMT As A Life Coach

“I attended Paul's diploma course on Life Coaching last year and have just completed my work to gain the diploma. Paul was an inspirational, creative and highly skilled teacher who clearly knew his stuff. He also provided excellent support post-course to enable me to complete my qualification. Paul's integrity and authenticity shone through and was key to the success of his approach. I'd highly recommend the course and Paul to anyone.”

"My Life Is Changing For The Better"

Dear Paul, Please find attached my testimonial for your courses.

I initially signed up for the Level III Life Coaching course as I'd been having problems at work and became ill, so I wanted to learn more about me and engage with my feelings.

The course was great in looking at your hopes and fears and I achieved the goals I had set out! I enjoyed the style of training and integrity of Paul Ryder, that I further invested in myself and signed up for the Level IV Emotional Intelligence course, which goes deeper than life coaching!

Again, I continued to learn more about me and how I could coach others and as a result of this course and Paul, I have started the process of changing my life for the better.

It is true that we are only here once, so you have to grab life with both hands and enjoy it fully as best you can, being happy and having fun along the way. This is what I intend to do.

Paul is a person with depth and can draw upon his own real-life experiences. He has walked the walk. I would recommend either of the courses to others, even if you don't want to become a practitioner to help others. It's just a great way of learning more about you!

Coaching Is An Essential Part Of Being A Tri-Athlete

Jim Townhill spent 9 years as an Army officer, in this capacity he found himself playing Rugby in Australia when attached to the Australian Army. He sustained an injury there which made him seek chiropractic care and was so impressed with the results that he decided to resign his commission and become one. He has maintained a strong interest in sport which has led him to help coach sessions at Tri Preston Triathlon club and compete in the World long distance Triathlon Championships as part of the Great Britain Age group team in Australia 2006.

The first thing I would say about Paul is that he is very good at what he does! I approached the whole thing as a bit of an experiment. A former Army officer who had changed career and was happily practicing as a chiropractor and I undertook the course of coaching as a trial to see if it would be worth recommending to my patients, rather more than I felt I had issues to deal with.

However I can honestly say I get much more out of it than I ever expected. Paul has a keen insight into people and has a variety of tools at his disposal to help people unlock motives and goals. He also has a keen intuition and an open and affable manner which makes him a good practitioner. I found him easy to talk to and very skilful at guiding me towards their own conclusions rather than giving them the answers..

Paul has helped me greatly improve my professional reflective skills and also helped me develop my career goals. Amongst other things it has had a noticeable effect on my sports performance as an amateur triathlete who has competed for the Great Britain long distance triathlon age group squad in Australia in 2006 Yours faithfully
