Future Mind Training uses a wide variety of results based methods which include: The Salford Health Trainers team have worked with Paul for many months now. The reason for requesting Pauls support was that the one to one interaction with clients, supporting them with all aspects of health and wellbeing, had resulted in anxiety and varying degrees of distress within the team.
The happiness and wellbeing of the team is my number one priority and seeing some team members affected by difficult caseloads signalled the importance to bring in specialist intervention.
Paul was recommended to me by other training providers who had had great results from Paul?s work. Paul initially provided group sessions specifically tailored around their role which proved to have a profound effect with the team.
Today team members are working with Paul one to one, addressing individual issues and finding strategies to manage themselves in and out of work. The input Paul has brought to Salford Health Trainers has been invaluable and will continue to be a crucial resource in the success of the service.

I'm a Community Health Trainer working in Salford. I first meet Paul when he delivered a group session to all the Health Trainers, I found the group session really helpful for the job so I decided to have one-one sessions with Paul. I was becoming increasingly stressed at work and was taking my work life home with me. At work I work with people who want to make positive lifestyle changes stopping smoking, losing weight, getting active etc, I come across people who have certain issues in their life such as anxiety, depression, mental health issues and drug and alcohol issues.
Working with many of these issues I became stressed and worried about things at work and when I got home. Paul and I discussed how I work with clients, what I could do differently. He made me realize about unrealistic pressures I was putting on my self and the reasons for this. Paul gave me practical advice about how I could control my feelings towards people and difficult situations.
Since working with Paul I now feel more confident about my role and feel like the pressures I did put on myself are gone. I now feel that when I go home my time is my own and I?m not worrying about work.
